Dunelm, the UK’s leading homewares retailer, will be moving into Bridgewater Retail Park in Altrincham on Tuesday 28 February and has created 60 new jobs as part of the move.
The new store will be 30,000 sq ft and will have an impressive separate mezzanine floor and a Pausa cafe.
Dunelm is making a significant investment in the Altrincham area and will offer local residents over 20,000 home furnishing products, across homewares, furniture and garden. Dunelm’s Made to Measure Bespoke Service will also be available, which allows shoppers to choose from over 4,000 fabrics to create curtains, blinds and accessories. Expert in-store advisors will be on hand to help provide customers with advice, whilst offering the great value.
The new store will stock products from favourite household names such as Dorma, Fogarty, Joseph Joseph and Brabantia, plus new and exciting designs from Dunelm’s own exclusive Elements and Hotel brands.
The new store manager at Dunelm Altrincham, Suzannah Bolton, said: “We are looking forward to becoming a new neighbour to the Altrincham community. There is a strong retail offering within the town but we’ve spotted a gap in the market for Dunelm’s extensive collection of homewares and hope we can cater for the diverse range of shoppers within the community.
“We have an exciting opening day planned and we hope the local community will join us at our official opening day on Tuesday 28 February.”
The new Dunelm Altrincham store will be open seven days a week. The brand new store boasts free parking and is fully air conditioned for comfort and convenience.
Dunelm has an exciting expansion programme in place for 2017 which will see a wide range of store opening across the whole of the UK.
Dunelm is passionate about value for money, excellent customer service and is committed to offering everything for the home all under one roof. With more than 130 unique bed linen designs, 400 lighting solutions, 400 different wall art and mirror designs, over 500 filled cushions and cushion covers, over 100 ready made curtains, 90 rug designs and in excess of 600 fabrics in-store alone.
