As a direct result of lock-down forcing the cancellation of events and functions, Banksys Street Food is ready for launch, bringing an American Style street food experience to the North West!
The innovation of an authentic Vintage Style Street Food Trailer with great food, great service, and an unforgettable experience has arrived. Delivering freshly ‘smashed’ burgers, using local ingredients, and catering for vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, and meat lovers alike. Served in fully recyclable packaging, the feel-good home dining experience has landed.

In 2021, Francs Events Catering, with over 30 years of experience in catering, was estimated to have their best year yet. The nationwide lockdown forced the company to shut down, reducing the whole business to a standstill.
Benefitting from a government Bounce Back Loan, the concept could be realised.

Nick Banks, Director at Banksys Street Food said
“As a team, it was essential that we found a way to deliver our food to our customers, without compromise on quality or experience. Our team is too good to let go, and our customers are too loyal to let down. We had to find a way to innovate in the face of the Covid-19 challenges to our industry”.
A family affair, Nick and Louise Banks, and Nephew James Cook, put their heads together last April, and now Banksys is open.
